Overview
Students should be encouraged to look at multiple points of view when dealing with a controversial topic. This is also true when you are a health care leader. You will often confront conflictive situations which will require you to look at multiple points of view so that you can make an informed decision. Many times this may also mean that you have to set aside any internal/learned bias that you have regarding a topic. Flaws can be found in the arguments presented on both sides of these videos. All presenters came in with their point of bias. With that said, write a paper stating the contra points of view regarding the Affordable Care Act. You may need to use additional resources if you feel this is necessary. As well if you can identify any wrong assumptions or missed information offered by those in the video, create an argument for that.
