Overview
I am requesting your assistance with revising and formatting my dissertation per the direction of my chair. The document must undergo a comprehensive editorial and formatting review using Grammarly to ensure it is completely free of grammatical, mechanical, and stylistic errors. All Grammarly-identified issues must be fully corrected; no alerts or suggestions may be dismissed. Vague references such as “this,” “the,” or unclear pronouns must be revised for clarity and specificity.
All charts, tables, and figures must be properly formatted, labeled, and placed according to academic standards. The dissertation must include a complete and correctly formatted Table of Contents, as well as any required lists of tables and figures.
In addition, the dissertation must be formatted using proper Microsoft Word commands and tools rather than manual formatting. This includes correct use of Word Styles for headings and body text, automatic generation of the Table of Contents, appropriate section breaks for front matter and chapters, correct page numbering by section, use of captions for tables and figures, and consistent margins, spacing, and indentation applied through Word settings.
The final document must contain no AI-generated content, be free of all grammatical errors, and fully comply with Kate Turabian style guidelines. The goal is to produce a submission-ready dissertation that meets all formatting and editorial requirements outlined by my chair.
Attachments are to help guide to ensure charts, graphics, etc. are properly formatted. Once assignment is complete, I will take a few days to get feedback.
