OR Background Paper on VentureStar and X-33-1.pdf select 3 Top-Level requirements you have identified and perform the following risk analysis. I expect including your three 5 x 5 risk assessment diagrams:
1. What is a risk associated with this requirement?
2.Identify the probability and the impact of the risk occurrence.
3.Put your identified risks (you should have three, one for each requirement) onto a 5x5 Risk Matrix
4.Identify a risk mitigation activity for each of your risks that will lower the probability of occurrence and/or reduce the impact
5. Show the effect of mitigating risks on your 5x5 matrix (you can use an arrow to show how you change the overall risk assessment with the mitigation activity).
6. Write a brief summary about the risks you have identified, the mitigation activity and its impact on the overall risk to your X-33 RLV program
(assuming you are the Systems Architect).
