> section i- how is the dept organized. what is the leadership? where is it organizationally in the corporate hierarchy? has there been any organizational changes? problems ?
>section ii- does the company embrace strategic and annual planning, financial management, space planning and management? problems? changes?
>section iii- does the company own/lease facilities--local/worldwide ?? problems/changes?
>section iv- does the company have a sustainability plan, goals, objectives ? if not, when will it be adopted ?
>section v- how does the company manage the design build cycle elements ? construction contracts? problems/ changes?
>sections vi,vii - on emergency preparedness and facility security management, what are the plans, goals, objectives ? if no plan, is one being developed?
