Overview
The will be graded the same exact way as a lecture activity; 30% of clarity of your work and 70% on your explanations of WHY you took each step in the solution. I WANT AS MUCH DETAIL AS YOU CAN GIVE! The problem from the Exam is from the HW, so you have seen it before and can access the solution. Hence, I will not grade the solution. I will be grading your explanation. So spend your 3 hour writing in detail why each step of the solution was taken. Some key "why's" you can include in your explanations:
- Why did we use this specific equation
- Why did we use this coordinate system
- Why did we start analyzing this part of a rigid body
- Why did we take a scalar or vector approach
