During this week’s, we discussed the essential elements that go into an incident management plan.
Some of those factors include:
Responsibilities of various groups or individuals
- Actions to be taken in preparation for an incident (including data to log, committees, and their
responsibilities, backups to be made)
Actions to be taken after an incident (including who to notify, actions to be taken, outside
- organizations to refer to.
For this assignment, we would like for you to consider the organization that you have used on the
previous two homework assignments. Your answer for this assignment should be customized for that
organization.
Once you have chosen an organization, I would like you to write a simple incident management
policy.
