Overview
Staying within your area of engineering expertise: 1. Go out and find something that can be argued to be an act of engineering negligence (negligent design or manufacturing).
2. Take a picture that shows what part of the product, system, design, component, etc. is negligent.
3. Write a forensic assessment as an engineer (1 or 2 sentences) explaining in terms of responsibility, standard and practice, using engineering terminology to describe how the engineering is deficient.
4. Using legal terminology write an explanation of how the design is negligent.
