Overview
There is a list of categories of possible Design Problems which might prevent a system from meeting a requirement. Find a PERSONAL example of a design problem which you have had that was hard to identify, either one from your work life or from your academic design project work, and relate the problem to this class, highlighting what work you needed to do to find the deficiency, bug, or flaw. Relate this failure to one of the items listed as "Problems with Designs":
Designers make mistakes
Environmental factors not fully understood
Other factors (e.g. reliability, performance) may not be fully understood
Worst-case tolerance conditions not fully analyzed
Requirements flowdown inadequate
