Overview
TOPIC - Computer/Software: new design software is installed, states that the installation was successful, and states that the software is operating properly. However, previously installed add-ons and other software do not work with this software and work on the new software is problematic, slow, and incomplete.
*Use one of the graphical tools for the above topic. - (Mind mapping, Ishikawa diagram, Flow chart, or Fault-Tree)
*Generate at least 10 possible causes for the topic.
* Develop a FMA&A ( Failure Mode Assessment & Analysis) document corresponding to those 10+ causes for the topic.
An Analysis Memo :-
*Describe your process, i.e. what you did to generate the information in your project
- For example, how you used the tool to identify potential causes, what research you did, if you got a template for your tool from somewhere.
- Research can include internet, interviews, textbooks, articles, etc.
*Include the filled-out tool (e.g. filled-out Ishikawa diagram).
* Include a copy of your FMA&A. ( Failure Mode Assessment & Analysis)
