By examining the most significant accidents and incidents in aviation history, this research paper will analyze the key factors that influenced the development of air traffic control and explore the ongoing challenges and opportunities for enhancing safety and efficiency in air travel
Provide an annotated outline for your research paper in APA format. The outline should contain all main sections and subsections as appropriate for your approved topic. Each section should contain subsection titles and a brief bullet list or paragraph describing the intended content of this section. Also not the presence of any intended figures or tables, which should be titled but the content is not necessary at this time. Indicate references for each subsection level.
Also include a draft abstract and a draft reference list.

As such, you should give an introduction, present some background, introduce a thesis (what are you trying to prove?), introduce the facts and issues, discuss the issues in view of your thesis, and then draw conclusions based upon your discussion.
