Overview
The City of Morgantown, would like to hire your team to conduct a study for the University Avenue and Eighth Street intersection for possible improvements. They would like you to collect the current intersection inventory, and design and analyze potential improvement options. It is also required you to design, analyze and assess economic costs and benefits of potential improvement options for two future scenarios (5 years and 10 years from now) with an annual traffic growth factor of 3%.
