I wanted help with a wave spectrum analysis task.

The requirement is mentioned in the image.
Please provide analysis in Excel. Use Excel formulas and not hard coded values simply. Create separate sheets for separate parts.
Also attached notes for reference.
Read the requirement carefully. There are two DIFFERENT parametric spectrums required.
Provide timely updates please, that is, share the work completed on periodic basis, so that I can guide in case of any issues.
