Overview
Build a value stream map for a process of which you are very familiar. You may hand draw the map, then scan and upload to BB or use software (e.g., PowerPoint or Excel). Remember that neatness and professional quality count. Examples of processes might include:
- Buying a car
- Preparing breakfast
- Planning a vacation
- Conducting a fundraiser
- Building a deck
- Starting up a machine
- Or any other process
