Overview
Our overall strategy for our store layout and design would be to have our registers in the front of the store, have our most trending items propped up in the windows with a stagged desgin to go with the products, and have an overall flowly retial layout to the store.
The stores layout is as follows: The cash registers would be right in the front of the stores entrance and exit, ensuring a full view of the store and a good security measure. Following the registers would be the Home Goods section in the front of the store behind the windows area, while being to the left and right of the registers, filling up the retail space in the front area of the store . further into the store would be the outdoor areas which would change its design depending on the season. Finally in the back part of the store would be all of the clothing and apparel Aswell as the fitting rooms.
An Experience
We will bring an experience to our customers by bringing little obstacles in our outdoor department. For instance, adding a little rock climbing wall for those who are more on the climbing side. Also, add a little rough flooring area, kind of like a hiking area, so customers can try out and find the right hiking shoes for them. Leaf in Creek will also add a simulator for kids and families to enjoy a little kayaking/rafting experience without actually being out in the real thing.

50-100 meter track, with one side for bikes and the other for trying on running shoes.
Description
The track will sit in the back of the outdoor section right by the apparel and shoes, so customers won’t have to travel a far distance. Also, the track will let customers try out the varieties of bikes on one side of the track, and will provide customers to try out the right shoes for whatever adventure sport they participate in.
