• Answer the following questions about the system failure case study:
• 1) Identify two or more quality management concepts in Douglas Montgomery's lecture presentation that were violated in the case study, provide specific details, and identify where the violations of good quality management practices occurred, i.e., at organizational, management, and/or workforce levels. 2-page response.
