Mathcad vs Excel
In Modules 3 and 4, several examples are used to demonstrate students how to use Mathcad in engineering. In addition, students are working in Mathcad engineering worksheets to solve different engineering applications (practice problems), following similar procedures to those completed in Excel.
Reflect about what you have learn in these modules and discuss with your classmates the following:
- How do you compare Mathcad with Excel? What are the advantages of using Mathcad? What are the disadvantages? At least one reply is required to get full grade in this discussion. This means, express your thoughts about any of the postings and support your opinion with facts about Mathcad.
