Please read the case study carefully, and analyze everything numerically. Use Decision analysis tools such as decision trees, net present value, deterministic probability, tornado diagrams, etc.. . Analyze all four partnerships and make recommendations based on the results you get. you need to have to be an expert level in risk analysis and probabilities.
Note: This is a high-skill project for the master level, do not take it if you do not have the knowledge.
You will need to do your analysis in the Excel file provided (finaltemplate).
Outputs Needed: Full Professional Report in a word doc with tables and diagrams, Excel Sheet filled out with the correct numbers, another excel for any additional analysis needed. Two Excel, One Word Doc
