Overview
Introduction: As a part of the work for the EM-550, every student is required to complete and work on a term project. The student should select a project from the real world. The students will develop a Project Management Plan for a selected project. The students are expected to work in teams or individually. The aim is to allow you to connect between the theoretical and practical aspects. The instructor encourages the students to adopt the existing project which is in its initial planning stage. Requirements: • Report should be plagiarism-free (submission will be through Blackboard) • The written report should specify the project title, group members, and table of contents, and clearly identify what has been adopted and original work by the group. • Report should include o Introduction, objectives, assumptions, and outcomes of the project o Project selection criteria o Work breakdown structure and milestones o Project scope management plan o Schedule management plan o Cost management plan o Quality management plan o Risk management plan
