- Complete the simulation on- line.
- Remember to SAVE screenshots of each of the six(6) scenarios you run.
Your personal analysis/reflections are more important than the actual simulation
scores, but I need to see the graphs, scores, and results. Note: You will be able to run
each scenario three times (MAX) to improve your scenario score and performance.
Include the final/best five scenario runs in your final report.
- Write a report that includes: A cover sheet, A brief statement of the simulation, the
assignment instructions (this entire list) i.e.: copy and paste the list into your
report; the result of each scenario with SCREENSHOTS of results (large
enough to read); your reflections and insights gained from the exercise.
Place everything in a single PDF document and upload.
- What did you learn from completing the simulation? What should you have done differently?
Discuss your insight on how you improved on each run of the scenarios.
- What project management topics or principles that you learned in the classroom and text
have helped you the most in completing the simulation and why? Your narrative should
target 500+ words.
