Design & Implementation of a SCADA-Based Predictive Fault Detection and Alarm Optimization System for Industrial plants.
About the project:
The project idea is based on designing a system that utilizes SCADA and early warning instrumentation data from industrial equipment such as pumps, actuators, and compressors. The system reads several variables, including vibration, pressure, pressure, temperature, and electrical current, and then analyzes them using algorithms (such as simple rate of change and smart thresholds) to predict faults before relevant alarms can be issued.
