About Deliverable 1:
Deliverable 1 of my Advanced Digital System Design project is about designing and simulating an FPGA-Based Real-Time Sign Language Recognition System. The project focuses on recognizing predefined hand gestures and translating them into characters or commands using FPGA hardware.
The system may use a camera module or wearable sensors (such as flex sensors or accelerometers) as input. The design should include preprocessing, feature extraction, and a classification module implemented using VHDL/FPGA concepts. The recognized gesture can be displayed on an LCD, seven-segment display, VGA monitor, or serial terminal.
