When undertaking a Hazard Analysis the severity and probability must be determined.
What are the concerns when trying to determine if a severity is either critical or marginal and the probability is either frequent or probable? Selecting the wrong one may result in a major hazard being ignored or a minor one being given priority it does not warrant.
