As we have gone through this quarter we have discussed many topics and for the most part, treated them as independent, but in reality, the content you have learned can be utilized together to solve more complex environmental questions and to assess the impact of various policies, proposed construction projects, or remediation actions. For the cumulative portion of this exam, you are to assume you are tasked with the responsibility of evaluating the impact of a proposed natural gas power plant. Your supervisor wants to know: If this power plant is permitted, what impacts will it have on the surrounding environment and human health and if you recommend it be permitted or not. Answer the following questions using skills that you have acquired over the course of this quarter.
