Practical exercise. For a high reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, this project will be targeting the following sectors; Renewable energy, transport, and manufacturing industries.

In this task, each student is required to identify any one technology related to the different low carbon technologies that help reducing greenhouse gas emissions such as; nuclear, wind, solar and hydroelectricity technologies, which can provide electricity with NO greenhouse gas-emission. You should concentrate on the different aspects of the technology where appropriate, and assess the pros and cons of the technology in terms of contribution towards reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Based on the selected technology, focus on how to minimize carbon emissions, and how to ensure the protection and conservation of the environment, in particular, global warming.
