Students should answer the following prompt:
Reflect on your local community in the Cayman Islands. Describe your community’s options for gaining access to high quality food (including produce and meats). Include in your reflection the answers to these following questions --
[1] Where does most of your food come from? Is it grown locally or imported? [2] If it is grown locally, do you know what type of farm it comes from? [3] How would you rate the quality of the food, on average, in your community? [4] How does your community compare to other areas? [5] What are some local issues you are concerned about, with respect to accessing healthy food? [6] Do you feel access to quality food is a fundamental human right which all people should be given -- or is it a commodity that should be capitalized on? Explain your reasoning.
