Overview
Conduct a critical review of the energy-climate policy projects:
1) Kyoto Protocol
2) The Copenhagen Accord
3) The Paris Climate Agreement
4) Renewable Energy Directives in the EU or USA or India or China or other major jurisdictions.
- Include a description of the challenge each project attempts to address;
- An introduction defining the economic-environmental-technological situation at the time;
- A description of the legal acts that support each policy
- An analysis of the state of implementation of these acts, of their successes, failures, actual and perceived difficulties;
- Critical, evidenced suggestions (using the literature) of how the measures invoked can be improved....did the policies work? Why, or why not? How could they work, or wrk better?
