Overview
The overall purpose of this assignment is for you to demonstrate your knowledge of a relevant issue within the global food system, while practicing research and communication skills. This assignment provides the opportunity for you to describe current issues in the global food system, assess how your issue impacts or is impacted by other factors, and become more comfortable understanding and synthesizing academic literature.
