In the past two modules you learned about the geology of Yosemite National Park in the Sierra Nevada Range and Death Valley National Park in the Basin and Range Province. Sequoia – Kings Canyon National Park is also located in the Sierra Nevada Range west of Death Valley. For this discussion research the geology and tectonic setting of Sequoia – Kings Canyon. What are the similarities or differences between the geology of Sequoia – Kings Canyon National Park and Yosemite National Park?
