Overview
As we wrap-up our "foundational topics", we'll be moving on to consider a whole suite of environmental issues.
Let's pause to consider some current events - as they relate to the environment, environmental policy, or environmental law.
To earn credit for this discussion post, read and briefly summarize a news article published in the last month that addresses an environmental issue. I have posted a few suggested sources below, but I encourage you to find and/or utilize other sources. Address the following:
- Scan the discussion thread before choosing an article. Choose an article that has not yet been summarized.
- Briefly summarize the article. Which environmental law or policy does the article relate to?
- What did you learn from reading the article?
- What questions do you still have?
- Briefly summarize your reaction to the article (i.e. your opinion, your perspective, your reaction, etc)
