The sea levels in New York City are rising.
Introduction/Observation:
Land Subsidence: the weight of buildings and other human activities causing land subsidence could lower the elevation of coastal areas, effectively raising sea levels relative to the land.
Hypothesis:
#1 If the weight in NYC continues to increase the sea levels are expected to rise 9-30 inches by 2050.

Predicted Outcome: An increase in density of the city results in rising sea levels
Future direction:
-Increasing population in New York city causes an increase in rising sea levels
