Overview
The instuctions are to write an 8 page essay about the Flint, Michigan water crisis of 2014-2019. There are going to be a lot of attachments with things that can help write this essay. It's a pretty straight forward essay just very long. The title is going to be "Unraveling the Lesson of the Flint Water Crisis." The thesis: The Flint water crisis highlights the need for stronger environmental regulations to ensure access to clean water.
The first attachment is an example paper so that can help you for reference of what my professor is looking for and to help you know what how to write it so it can fit the criteria.
The second attachment is an outline. I think you should do the outline first because it will help find sources that could be of use. Just do parts A & C of the outline.
The third attachment is how to write an Annotated bibliography which is used for part C in the second attachment.
The last attachment is a brief pitch I made to my professor about some ideas for this essay. You can choose to go down that road with what I already kind of thought of but if you can make it better with your own ideas, I don't mind that either way.
The formant is: 12-point font, 1.5 line spacing, and no cover sheet, MLA format, and at least 5 peer reviewed sources.
