Overview
This assessment is geared towards engaging with environmental management and sustainability policy. The essay should use a range of source to answer a specific environmental science question. The use of policy documents, grey literature and peer-reviewed sources are expected, but peer-reviewed sources are required for top marks. Suggested topics include:
1) The ecological/social cost-benefit of renewable energy.
2) The utility of environmental practices such as Rewilding/Marine Protected Areas /River Restoration to promote environmental protection and sustainability (including at least 1 case study)
3) A critical evaluation of any environmental policy and implementation for the UK/EU
