Overview
Film majors are recommended for this.
see the attachment "part 1" "part 1 example + part 2" "part 2" for instruction and the video is on the link "the grand budapest hotel"
some important tips:
1. double-space your essay and indent paragraphs.
2. provide a title that refers to the essay's argument (it should be more specific than "Grand Budapest Hotel Sequence Analysis"). You don't need a separate title page.
3. The most insightful themes are usually more than one word, like "friendship" or "family". consider making an argument about the film's message about such concepts.
4. Note the spelling of "mise-en-scène."
5. Avoid evaluative language; your essay does not need to argue that The Grand Budapest Hotel is an important film or a good film or that the cast and crew are talented. Analysis the filming techniques and so!
*Note: for part 1, your format should be exactly the same as the example in attachment.
