OPTION #1
1. This option deals with editing. Choose 3 different types of cuts/edits (use Cuts and Transitions 101) and describe what the edit does, what is the intention. Then, present at least 3 examples of each type in different scenes. Point to how they promote the story of the movie.
2. Present and describe montage as an editing technique. Analyze one of Eisenstein's montage methods with an example.
OPTION #2
1. This option deals with visual effects. Choose 3 tradittional Pre-CGI special effects - describe them and show examples.
2. Present and describe what is referred to as CGI (computer generated images).
