Overview
For each option there is a PDF containing five related profiles (option #1 focuses on diversity in Hollywood, option #2 focuses on new technologies in Hollywood).
Write a 2 paragraph synopsis that focuses on two of the profiles in the PDF. The synopsis should provide a general summary of the individual or technology covered in the profile and explain their significance in relationship to Hollywood cinema.
Then find your own example (by searching library resources or the internet) based on the profiles in the PDF--for option #1, this means finding another figure who you think has contributed to diversity in Hollywood; for option #2, this means finding another example of a new technology adopted or developed by Hollywood. Write a paragraph explaining how you found this example (cite the specific source or website that you consulted) and why you think it fits with or expands on the other profiles.
