Overview
Based on the lectures, a National Geographic Colliding Continents series video (YouTube), other scientific sources, and using your own knowledge of Earth Sciences, write ∼800 words (2.5 pages, 1.5 lines spacing at Times New Roman size 12) discussion essay about “How plate tectonics continues to evolve? How does plate tectonic affect humans?”
The scientific essay should introduce the topic, discuss it, and lead to a logical conclusion. A good scientific essay should have a title, introduction, body (it can contain various sub-sections), conclusion, and list of references. You should make liberal uses of supporting figures, and include a citation list/references/ bibliography for images, figures, and extra references.
