Create a paper of 50 pages minimum.
Objectives:
-Mentoring, history, how to, and future, and current medical mentoring programs
-Critical care training programs in Saudi Arabia and critical care training programs established by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
-Mentorship for Residents.
-Mentorship for trainees.
-Mentorship for fellows.
-Mentorship for peers.
The above should be in light of creating a framework to be used for other services that would need to create a mentorship program.
You may reorganize the above points as you see fit.
And relate it to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
