Study Title: CLEANING AND STERILIZATION MODALITIES: EFFICACY IN COMBATTING DRUG-RESISTANT SPORES AND IMPLICATIONS FOR PATIENT SAFETY IN SURGICAL SETTINGS H TITLE – SYSTEMATIC REVIWE

  • MINIMUM 20 newest STUDIES.DO NOT INCLUDE REVIEW STUDIES IN THE SAMPLE.
  • PLEASE SPECIFY THE SEARCH TERM FOR THE SAMPLE REVIEW.

    Research Questions/s

  • What are the impacts of inadequate sterilization and disinfection protocols on the incidence of healthcare-associated infections in hospital settings?
  • How do the results of efficacy tests for cleaning and sterilization equipment influence the overall quality of healthcare delivery and the safety of patients in surgical environments?
  • Objectives of the study

The objectives of this study are:

1.To quantify the relationship between inadequate sterilization and disinfection protocols and the incidence of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) in hospital surgical settings.

2.To evaluate the efficacy of various cleaning and sterilization methods and equipment used in surgical environments.

3.To determine how the results of efficacy tests influence the quality of healthcare delivery.

4.To identify specific gaps and challenges in current sterilization and disinfection practices within the surgical environment.

5.To develop recommendations for improving sterilization and disinfection protocols and practices in hospital surgical settings.

study method: Conducting a systematic search of the published English literature using databases such as Google Scholar, and PubMed placed in the main text near to the first time they are cited

    Structure of the Study:

    • Keywords:
    • Study design writes about the type of research design used in this study according to PRISMA
    • Information Sources Specify all databases, registers, websites, organizations, reference lists and other sources searched or consulted to identify studies. Specify the date when each source was last searched or consulted.
    • Search strategy short description of keywords, information sources used and time period searched, as well as the approach used to handle grey literature.
    • Eligibility criteria and selection process
    • Assessment of quality and risk of bias
    • Data extraction
    • Data items
    • Data synthesis and analysis
    • Study risk of bias assessment
    • 10 Reporting bias assessment
    • Certainty assessment:
    • Study selection
    • Study characteristics: Cite each included study and present its characteristics. Use an appropriate table or appendices to present it.
    • Risk of bias in studies: Present assessments of risk of bias for each included study.
    • 4 Results of individual studies: For all outcomes, present, for each study: (a) summary statistics for each group (where appropriate) and (b) an effect estimate and its precision (e.g. confidence/credible interval), ideally using structured tables or plots.
    • Results of syntheses: For each synthesis, briefly summarize the characteristics and risk of bias among contributing studies.Present results of all statistical syntheses conducted. If meta-analysis was done, present for each the summary estimate and its precision (e.g. confidence/credible interval) and measures of statistical heterogeneity. If comparing groups, describe the direction of the effect. Present results of all investigations of possible causes of heterogeneity among study results. Present results of all sensitivity analyses conducted to assess the robustness of the synthesized results.
    • Reporting biases: Present assessments of risk of bias due to missing results (arising from reporting biases) for each synthesis assessed.
    • Certainty of evidence: Present assessments of certainty (or confidence) in the body of evidence for each outcome assessed.
    • Discussion
    • Conclusions

Introduction. It should contain roughly 1000 words. It is recommended to include at least three broad sections):

    • Establishing the foundation entails defining the central topic and incorporating research findings from the previous decade.
      • Subject overviews: What you studied and why it is significant?
      • A review of relevant prior research: What is already known?
    • Establishing the study's position justifies why this research is being conducted.
      • Indicating a research gap in the field: Describe the current research gap.
      • Posing a research inquiry: Define your question and hypothesis.
    • Justification for this research: Identifies the objective of the study.

Describe the purpose of the study: How are you planning to respond to the research question?
