Overview
Select one or more of the leadership styles found in Ch. 3 of PMBOK that most represent you.
Conduct research on the leadership style(s) you selected. Find at least two scholarly sources: peer-reviewed academic research articles.
Write a paper summarizing the selected leadership style(s) and how your traits and experience align to the leadership style(s). Support your conclusions with examples from your own professional experience that demonstrate attribute applicability and relevance. Then specifically compare & contrast what you learned in this assignment to the existing leadership / culture at your workplace and then describe how/if applying what you learned could produce improvements at your workplace.
Include a reference section and in-text citations consistent with APA style guidelines.
