Overview
During this semester, you did an evidence-based project as part of your practicum.
This paper is a 5 page summary of that project in APA format (5 page body plus title page and references)
References 2020 or newer, apa format, ncbi is reliable, Links in references page must go to article
(I gave my hours log so you can see the topic at bottom and all that i worked on during my experience).
The components of the paper should include the following:
- What was the Opportunity for Improvement that you identified - an overview
- Validation – how did you validate it?
- A Review of the Literature – what are the best practices?
- Leadership/Change/Caring Theory to support Project Implementation
- Your improvement plan/intervention strategy
- Your implementation timeframe
- Your evaluation strategy and Project Impact/Outcomes/Plan for sustainment
- Implications for Practice/Recommendations
- References

Be sure to use the headings or a component of them so that you include all of the necessary parts. For example, use a leadership theory, a change theory, and caring theory.
