This problem statement will help students to more formally develop their Evidence-Based Practice Project/ DNP Project. At least 5 articles and data sources (epidemiology of problems in the state, in the nation) are required for the written paper.

1.Describe the clinical problem/practice issue and include the population, setting/practice area, and data/references to support the origin, magnitude, and scope of the problem.
2.Describe the theoretical framework chosen and how it relates to your problem/PICOT.
3.Provide a quantitative PICOT to guide the literature search. Consider your passion/interest as well as what is realistic and feasible based on your practice setting. Consider the availability of literature - if the literature is scarce, you should not have chosen this topic.
