In this Assignment, you will use the information from the previous modules in this course to refine and align Sections 1-5 of the Prospectus Form. As with the final submissions in the previous doctoral study seminar courses, this final submission of the Prospectus Form will decide the final grade of “pass or fail” for the course, so it is extremely important to dedicate time to completing it correctly before the last day of class.

To prepare:
- Review each element of the Prospectus Form that you have completed previously.
- Ensure that feedback is implemented appropriately.
- Ensure that each element of the Prospectus Form is aligned to the others.
- Review the Project Planning (Prospectus) requirements in the DHA Integrative Review Guidebook located on the DHA Doctoral Capstone website.
The Assignment: Complete Prospectus Draft Using the Prospectus Form, complete Sections 1-5 according to the appendix instructions, examples, and resources.
Students will also be required to submit their 5 PDF supporting sources for the below sections of the form.
- Project Planning (Prospectus) form
- 1 PDF supporting the Problem of Interest.
- 3 PDF’s supporting the Healthcare Administration Problem.
- 1 PDF supporting the ideal state of operations.
