- The Dress Code can be a HUGE employee satisfaction point. The old policy is antiquated and it needs refreshed. Prepare a plan and ultimately an updated policy on the Hospital's Dress Code. Outline how you address this process and present your final product: the new policy. Remember you're in a Healthcare setting!
- Prepare a Rewards and Recognition plan for Healthcare Workers at all levels (Clinical, non-clinical, physicians). Include the steps you would take to build the plan along with legal considerations needed. Don't forget a budget.
- Develop a training course for new Leaders on Behavioral Interviewing. Include a Power Point presentation and/or other materials you would use to instruct this course. Remember to include any legal pitfalls.
