Overview
You learned this week about Kanban System, Pull System and Flow of Values.
- Create a free Trello account.
- Using your value stream map (VSM that was created for session #4 assignment - Current State), create a Trello Kanban board with special attention to work states, WIP (Work In Progress) limits and team size for each work flow step.
- Submit Screenshots of your Kanban board.
- Provide a link to access your board in Trello.
- Please make sure that your board is public. Private board will not be accessible and will result in zero grade.
- The board should be public not sharing a link with your instructor.
- Kanban Board should represent work flow steps status. To Do, Doing and Done board will not be accepted.
