- Review the assignment instructions and my attached SBAR document (titled Workforce Shortages).
- Use that SBAR as the foundation for the presentation.
- The PowerPoint should be no more than 3 slides and set up for about a 5-minute presentation when I record it.
- The audience for this presentation is Optimum Health System’s Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team, so the tone should be professional, confident, and strategic.
