This assignment aims to explore the specialty of telehealth as one example of the use of technology in various practice settings. You must research (find evidence), compose, and type a scholarly paper. Reflect on what you have learned in this class about technology, privacy rights, ethical issues, interoperability, patient satisfaction, consumer education, and other topics. Your textbook by Hebda et al. (2019) discusses telehealth in detail in Chapter 19. Please don't limit your review of the literature to your textbook, but also explore recent nursing journals. Nurses need to know about the advantages and disadvantages of telehealth as it applies to their patients.

- How does telehealth relate to nursing informatics? What role has the TIGER initiative made an impact in telemedicine or telenursing?
