Meeting with the Project Faculty Chair

Overview

This required one-on-one meeting with your DNP Project Faculty Chair is designed to provide personalized guidance and support as you transition from the Planning Phase to the Implementation Phase. You will discuss your progress, address challenges, and ensure that you are fully prepared to begin project implementation.

Meeting Objectives

During this meeting, you will:

1. Review your reflection assignment – Your faculty chair will use your DNP Project Reflection to tailor the discussion to your specific needs, accomplishments, and concerns.
2. Discuss your project’s readiness – Address any site-related preparations. "EDUCATION BROCHURES FOR STAFF"
3. Identify potential challenges – Share any anticipated barriers to implementation and develop strategies for overcoming them.
4. Clarify expectations for the implementation phase – Ensure you understand next steps, faculty expectations, and project benchmarks.
5. Establish a support plan – Determine what additional guidance or resources you may need to complete your project successfully.

   Submission Guidelines

   • After the meeting, upload a brief Meeting Summary (250–300 words) detailing key discussion points and your next steps.
   • The meeting was about the project implementation (listed on the Reflection paper), and an overview of the course assignment throughout the course (listed on the syllabus provided)
