I need to generate an APA format paper from a scripted Nurse practitioner and patient interaction. identifying the three definitive diagnoses, one from the endocrine, respiratory, and cardiovascular systems, with detailed evidence-based practice to rule each diagnosis in; each system needs an additional three differential diagnoses with supportive evidence-based practice to rule those out. The paper also needs to have a treatment plan for each (pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment), patient teaching for each diagnosis. a well-constructed conclusion and introduction, reference page, and cover letter. there is no page or word limit. must have references to support findings that are within the last 5-10 years and evidence-based for health care treatment
