Choose one of the failures presented and reflect on it. Have you seen or heard of this happening before? Do the statistics surprise you or not? What do you think could be done to prevent these failures?

- First paragraph – list the topic you picked and write about why you agree or disagree
- Second paragraph – support your thoughts and state barriers to success and possible solutions to overcome those barriers
- Third paragraph – a summation and an estimate of when, if ever, it may occur

- Third page – References should be in APA format only. Cite references correctly for your sources, as this will count towards your final grade. Use at least three sources/references for full credit
