Overview

• Write three case studies of laboratory errors to include one pre-analytical error, one analytical error and one post-analytical error. (Each case study will focus on one error type)
• Your case study must include a plausible scenario in which each error type could occur, outcome or issue error caused, and a resolution to fixing the error.
• You must also include two questions with answers to the questions for each case study, such as 1. “What error type (pre/ana/post) occurred in this scenario, & 2. How would this error be avoided in the future, etc”. You are welcome to use these questions. Please identify your answer in bold or another color.
• No more than one paragraph each in length, single spaced, 11pt font
